Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and HEAVENPATH ("we", "us") for using this website and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What HEAVENPATH is

HEAVENPATH is a research and planning tool. It combines public map data, public Census data, published rent reports, your own answers and AI-written explanations into reports, numbers and a to-do plan. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending or real-estate advice, and it does not guarantee that any business will succeed, make a profit, qualify for financing or be approved by any authority. Confirm rules with the relevant official office and decisions with a qualified professional.

Data and AI have limits

• Map data is edited by volunteers and may be missing, late or wrong. "New on the map" is not proof that a business opened.
• Census figures are estimates for whole cities. Rent figures are metro averages from published reports, not quotes for any building.
• AI-written text can be wrong. Every number in a report is calculated by our software from the assumptions shown, and you can change those assumptions.
• We label where each fact came from and where something is unknown. Please read the labels.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. You must give a real email address and be at least 18. Tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission. You can delete your account and all saved businesses yourself from the account page.

Plans, free trials and billing

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe, as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• A free trial gives you the plan's features for the stated number of days. No card is needed to start. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, the trial ends and you move to the free plan. A trial can be used once per account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't give partial-period refunds unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• The "Local Market Partner" plan includes a monthly brief and a quarterly call delivered by our team. If we don't deliver it in a given period, tell us and we'll make it right or refund that period.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's data, to scrape it, to resell it without our written permission, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you enter. You give us permission to store it and process it to run the service for you, including sending the parts needed to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
